Group Counseling

Sunergos Counseling Collective was born from the belief that the power of collaboration yields greater impact than working alone. Because of this value, we periodically offer group counseling sessions.

In a group setting, you have the opportunity of connecting with others, uniting around shared experiences, and moving towards healing within the context of community.  Many clients say that the collective energy and shared experiences within group sessions create space for profound transformation and enduring change.
